Workouts

At Medical Massage Specialist I offer specialized workouts for shoulder and hip health. These targeted exercises are designed to improve mobility, reduce pain and discomfort, and promote overall wellness. As an experienced Personal Trainer I will provide guidance and support as you work through these exercises to help you achieve your health and fitness goals.

Day 1

This therapy is targeted to your direct sport.  Cycling, Running, Lifting, Swimming, Class exercises, Yoga, Marathon training, Triathlon training, Lacrosse, Skiing, Soccer or any other sport you may love.

Day 2

Therapy designed to reduce inflammation and chronic pain.  Whether you are having trouble at the office or in your daily routine.  This is functional therapy for musculoskeletal balance.

Day 3

Therapy designed to help resolve multiple ailments.  Migraines, Vertigo, Sciatic pain, bulging or herniated disc, numbness and tingling in arms hands or legs, TMJ, Hip pain etc...
